Return Policy

1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within SEVEN DAYS upon receiving your item(s). After Seven Days,we cannot offer return service. If there is a problem with the product you received, our customer service may ask you to provide a few photos of the dress you received and then provide feedback to our dress team.

2. NO returns and NO exchanges for custom items(Including custom size and custom color and some other special requirements about the dress.)

3. Return Shipping Cost will be paid by customer.

4. We can only refund when we got item.If we cannot got that,we refuse to refund.         

5. If the customer fails to return the product in accordance with the prescribed return method, resulting in the product being detained by customs, the Customs Clearance fee need to be paid by customer,or we can’t get the item.         

Please note: we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us.

Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, please contact us in time, our customer service will apply for a return for you.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the dress to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order specifications.Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing the dress.Please note that you need to contact us to initiate the returning process.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses , please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

 

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.At the same time, you need to take pictures and send them to our after-sales customer service.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Our dress size is true to our size chart.So please double check our size chart and make sure the size fit. We also offer custom size, not extra cost.
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measurements before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments.Please remember to request a receipt from your tailor.Copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return Guidelines:

2. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
3. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4. We only accept returns from DHL/FedEx shipping lines. They are the safest. If the parcel was held by the Customs, the Customs Clearance fee needs to be paid by customer, Or we can’t get the item.  If you use other shipping methods, we will refuse to sign for it.
5. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.  
6. We can only refund when we got item. If we cannot get that, we refuse to refund.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
